The company was incorporated in March 2006 in Cebu by two European and three Filipino citizens as first business broker in the Philippines.

Is the company registered and legal?

The corporation is legally incorporated and registered with SEC in the Philippines (Cebu) and registered with all other administrations in the Philippine as it is required by law. We are also a member of Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry as well as a member of the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines.

What is the main activity of AAACBC Inc. ?

AAACBC Inc. started its activities as first business broker in the Philippines in 2006 but very soon it became obvious that this kind of service activity doesn’t work out well here in the Philippines due to cultural differences in the business approach. Therefore AAACBC Inc. reoriented its main activities more into business consulting – communication consulting – financial consulting – human resource & knowledge consulting – marketing consulting – translation consulting – web & IT consulting these are our fields of expertise .
